Delete Your Account

If you are a TayGo Ride customer and would like to delete your account, you can submit an account deletion request directly from the TayGo Ride customer app.

Follow the steps below to permanently request deletion of your customer account.

How to Delete Your Customer Account

   Open the TayGo Ride App
   Launch the TayGo Ride customer application on your mobile device.

   Open Your Profile Menu
   After opening the app, tap on your Profile to open the profile menu.

   Open Settings
   From the Profile menu, select Settings.

   Find Delete Account
   Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page. You will find the Delete Account option.

   Select Delete Account
   Tap Delete Account and review the information displayed in the app.

   Confirm Account Deletion
   Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm that you want to permanently delete your TayGo Ride customer account.

Important Information

Data Retention

When your account is deleted, personal information associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our applicable data deletion policies.

• Customer account information will be deleted where applicable.
• Profile information and other account-related information may be removed from active systems.
• Certain ride, transaction, payment, or support records may be retained where required by applicable law.
• Information may also be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, security, or legal compliance.
• Pending rides, payments, disputes, or other unresolved matters may need to be completed or resolved before account deletion can be finalized.

Unable to Access the App?

If you cannot log in to the TayGo Ride customer app or cannot find the Delete Account option, you can contact our customer support team by email.
